Ringtone Studio ("the App") is developed and maintained by Martin ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.

**Short version: we collect nothing. Your files never leave your device.**

Ringtone Studio does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. Specifically:

- We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal identifiers
- We do not access your contacts, location, camera, or microphone
- We do not track your usage or behavior within the App
- We do not use analytics or crash reporting services
- We do not display advertisements
- We do not use cookies or any tracking technologies

## How the App Works

The App processes audio files entirely on your device:

1. You select an MP3 file from your local Files app
2. The App trims and processes the file locally on your iPhone
3. The resulting ringtone is saved to your device
4. No audio data is uploaded to any server at any point

All processing happens on-device. The App does not require an internet connection.

## File Access

The App accesses audio files only when you explicitly select them using the system file picker. The App does not scan, index, or access any other files on your device.

Saved ringtones are stored locally in the App's designated storage and are accessible via the History tab.

## User-Provided Content & Disclaimer

Ringtone Studio is a tool that processes audio files provided solely by the user. The App does not supply, distribute, or endorse any audio content.

**We are not responsible for:**
- The origin or ownership of any MP3 files imported by the user
- How the user obtained the audio files used within the App
- Any copyright, licensing, or intellectual property claims related to user-provided files
- Any misuse of the App to process content the user does not have the right to use

It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure they have the legal right to use, edit, and distribute any audio content they import into the App. By using Ringtone Studio, you confirm that you own or have obtained the necessary rights to any files you process.

## Third-Party Services

Ringtone Studio does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or external services.

## Children's Privacy

The App does not collect any data from any users, including children under the age of 13. It is safe for all ages.
